. Prep (Spot Clean):
If a spill occurs, immediately spot-clean the area with a mild, bleach-free detergent and cold water. Gently blot the quilted surface with a clean cloth. Avoid saturation or harsh scrubbing to protect the 300TC fabric weave and prevent the 3D+7D filling from clumping.
2. Wash (Deep Pocket Machine Cycle):
The topper is fully machine washable. Because of its extra-thick design and 18-inch depth capacity, we recommend using a high-capacity, front-loading washing machine. Wash using cold water on a gentle or delicate cycle. Use a mild liquid detergent; avoid bleach and harsh fabric softeners, which can coat the fibers and reduce the topper's natural breathability.
3. Dry (Low Heat & Air Flow):
To protect the bouncy snow down alternative fill, tumble dry on the lowest heat setting. This is critical to prevent the polyester fibers from melting or hardening. Include 2–3 clean tennis balls or wool dryer balls to help "beat" the air back into the topper, restoring its original 5-star hotel loft. Pause the dryer halfway through to shake the topper out manually to ensure even drying.
4. Care (Maintenance & Storage):
- No Ironing: High heat will damage the synthetic down alternative fill and the quilted pattern.
- Rotate Regularly: We recommend rotating the topper (head-to-foot) every 3 months to ensure even wear and maintain consistent ergonomic support.
- Seasonal Storage: If storing, use a breathable cotton bag to allow airflow. Do not vacuum-seal for long periods, as this can permanently compress the high-loft 3D+7D fibers.
- The "Fluff" Rule: For best results, give the topper a vigorous shake every morning when making your bed to keep the air-permeable fibers separated and bouncy.
